Still Learning
Field Notes on Leadership as a Craft
Ongoing insights from the frontier of co-creation.
(Because the journey toward becoming a leader is never finished.)
Winter 2026 — Issue 1
Dear Friends and Colleagues,
Welcome to Still Learning, the Co-Creative Leadership Alliance email newsletter.
We’ll publish on alternate Wednesdays, sharing brief notes from our leadership work—what we’re noticing, what we’re trying, what’s surprising us, and what keeps proving true.
We’d also love to learn alongside you, so if something sparks an insight, please hit reply and share it. We read every note—and we’ll weave what we’re learning together back into future issues.
The name of the newsletter, “Still Learning,” comes from a drawing by Francisco de Goya late in his life, which he inscribed Aún aprendo — “I am still learning.”
The image is simple: an elderly figure moving forward with two walking sticks. For us, it’s a quiet reminder that leadership isn’t something you master once and for all—it’s something you keep learning your way into, one honest week at a time.
We’ll conclude our Winter-Issue 1 here and leave you with a simple question: What are you still learning about leading this week?
We hope you’ll join us for each issue—and participate in the evergreen journey of becoming the leaders we all can be.
With all best wishes,
Your friends and colleagues at the Co-Creative Leadership Alliance
